I love that Josh says numerous times that he doesn't know this or that about the game. I don't claim to have extensive knowledge about Glover, but I just watched Josh's LP a couple months ago and he knew the answers years ago.

I saw the thumbnail and title and thought "wow, that really reminds me of this let's player I used to watch", only to see it was uploaded by said youtuber I used to watch!

I also had this game as a tiny kid but I never got past the first world. I think there was a jump in the third level that completely stumped me.

The carnival level should be the final world. It's brutal.

It's nice of you to share that story of not only getting an N64 but picking out two games to get for it back in 1998, but what perplexes me is you mentioning Conker's Bad Fur Day as one of the games you were thinking of getting, which didn't come out until 2001, *three years* after 1998

The crystal form of the ball actually has some usage. For one, it gives bonus points when you collect the cards, aka the garbies, or I guess Garibs(?). It is also a lot faster iirc.

A shame that this game IP was bought up by a shady person, but otherwise I have mostly good memories of this game.

Glover is one of those N64 game that I hold such an INTENSE deep-cut nostalgia for. But every time I go back to it, I'm reminded that this game kinda stinks lmao. Same with LEGO Racers. I love that game to death, and have some very specific childhood memories with it. But man going back to it is a struggle!

I really gotta hand it to Hasbro Interactive, like they deserve a point, they deserve a round of applause, I can count the number of games that are like Glover on one hand

This is going to be fun to watch! Glover was the first video game my baby hands ever played so it has a special place in my heart. I'm so excited for it to come back to switch!

For some reason, one of the things I remember the most from your videos is how you ended the Glover Let's Play by being so distraught at what the final bonus level was that the Let's Play ended before you actually even attempt to beat it.
